Hi! My aim is to convince you that computers have been designed to HELP us. I agree that once you become dependent on them, they can make your life miserable, but I daresay they are still worth it. And it's not that you are dumb, but you are perhaps overwhelmed with all the options and functions and services. Try to take it all bit by bit, and you will soon see how much more you can find out about the world, other people, English, teaching, and... yourself, when you begin using your computer for these new things.
